In a human-cell assay, NT-VRL® inhibited four inflammatory markers more strongly than the 1 µg/mL dexamethasone control.
In peer-reviewed testing on human immune cells, NT-VRL® produced dose-dependent inhibition of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 without compromising cell viability.
