Eybna Technologies Ltd. (including its affiliates, subsidiaries, and other related companies) (“Eybna”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our websites, currently available at https://eybna.com/ or as may otherwise be available from time to time (the “Site(s)”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

We are a private limited company, registered in Israel. Our registered company number is 515146454 and our registered office is at 23 Pa’amei Aviv Street, Givat Hen, 43905, Israel.

“Personal Information” means information we hold which is identifiable as being about you. This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Use, and words defined there have the same meaning here. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Sites or the Services.

What personal information we collect

We may collect the following types of Personal Information from you:

• Name

• Billing address

• Shipping address

• Phone number

• Email address

• Account login details, where you create an account with us

• Information about the goods or services you have ordered

• Information from enquiries you have made, including sample and custom formulation requests

• Communications between us

When you browse the Sites we also collect technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring website, the pages you view and the dates and times of your visits. Where this information can be linked to you, we treat it as Personal Information.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not send us any through the Sites.

How we collect your personal information

We collect Personal Information from you in a variety of ways, including: when you interact with us electronically or in person; when you place an order, create an account, or complete a form on the Sites; when you contact us with an enquiry; and when we provide our Services to you.

We also collect technical information automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you access the Sites, as described under “Cookies and analytics” below.

Use of your personal information

We use your Personal Information to provide our Services to you: to process and fulfil your orders, to operate your account, to arrange shipping, to respond to your enquiries, and to provide customer support. We also use it to operate, secure and improve the Sites, and — where you have asked us to, or where we are otherwise permitted — to send you information about our Products and Services.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies to our processing, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you, to process your orders and operate your account; your consent, for non-essential cookies and for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time; our legitimate interests, in operating, securing and improving the Sites and our business; and compliance with a legal obligation, including tax and accounting requirements.

Who we share your personal information with

We do not sell your Personal Information. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf so that we can operate the Sites and provide the Services, including:

• Shopify — our ecommerce platform, which powers our product catalog, shopping cart, checkout, payment processing and customer accounts.

• Framer — our website hosting provider, which also provides built-in visitor analytics for the Sites.

• Google Analytics — website analytics, as described under “Cookies and analytics” below.

• Google Fonts — which serves the typefaces used on the Sites, and which receives your IP address in order to do so.

• Pipedrive — our customer relationship management platform, which receives enquiries submitted through forms on the Sites.

• Payment vendors — engaged through Shopify to process payments. Your payment details are handled by those vendors under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not store full payment card details ourselves.

We may also disclose your Personal Information where we are required to do so by law, to enforce our Terms of Use, to protect our rights, property or safety or those of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, in which case we will take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

International transfers

We are established in Israel and our service providers operate in a number of countries, including the United States and the European Union. This means your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored in and processed in a country other than the one you live in.

Israel benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Where Personal Information is transferred from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect it.

Cookies and analytics

As is very common for companies, we use cookies and similar technologies on the Sites. Cookies are very small files which a website uses to recognise you when you return and to store details about your use of the site. Cookies are not malicious programs that access or damage your computer.

We use strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the Sites to function, including for your shopping cart, checkout and account login. These cannot be switched off. We also use analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the Sites so that we can improve them, and which we set only where you have consented.

For analytics we use Google Analytics, provided by Google, and the built-in analytics provided by our hosting provider, Framer. Google Analytics sets cookies which collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you spend on them and how you arrived at the Sites, and it may process this information outside your country of residence. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings on the Sites, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the Sites from working.

Security of your personal information

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you hold an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

How long we keep your personal information

We keep your Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide the Services to you and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Account information is kept for as long as your account remains open. Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards. When we no longer need your Personal Information, we delete it or anonymise it.

• To access the Personal Information we hold about you, and to receive a copy of it

As stated above, we do not sell your Personal Information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Access to your personal information

You can access and update much of your Personal Information yourself by logging in to your account using the email and password you registered with, on the My Account page.

Alternatively, you can access your Personal Information by contacting us. We will provide a copy of the information free of charge. However, in certain circumstances it may be possible to charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because it is repetitive.

Children

The Sites and Services are not directed at children. We do not permit access to our Sites or use of our Services by individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third party sites
