Isopulegol – Terpene Profile
A monoterpene that naturally occurs in varied collection of fruits and herbs, including orange juice, mint, buchu oil, and lemon balm, isopulegol is characterized by its cooling, minty tastes which grace countless prepared desserts and beverages. These same aromatic nuances of peppermint and fruit have contributed to its frequent inclusion in hygienic products, cosmetics and perfumes.
