Job Description:
The Production Technician will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the meticulous preparation of products according to established recipes, precise bottling formulations, and conducting fundamental quality tests. In a factory-controlled environment, the Production Technician will adhere to strict manufacturing protocols, facilitating the orderly shipment of orders in alignment with defined lead times. Additionally, the ultimate candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the laboratory’s consumables stock.
Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare products in accordance with existing recipes.

Execute precise bottling formulations, maintaining consistency and quality.

Conduct basic quality tests to ensure product integrity and adherence to quality standards.

Operate within well-defined manufacturing protocols and under controlled laboratory conditions to guarantee the highest standards of product quality.

Prepare orders for shipment, following defined lead times, to ensure timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Follow Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines and procedures to maintain product excellence.
Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience with flavors, food or materials handling.

Background from the food and beverage industry is a big advantage.

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Proven experience in working efficiently in fast-paced environments with short timelines and a capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

We are currently in search of a seasoned, German speaker Sales Development Representative to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to attract new customers and adeptly recommend the most suitable solutions from Eybna’s Terpenes. We are specifically seeking an independent, proactive, and experienced sales professional to thrive in our dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

Present our company to potential clients

Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives

Report to the Regional Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

Track record of achieving sales quotas
