trans-Nerolidol – Terpene Profile
Trans-Nerolidol is one of the two isomers that make up the Nerolidol sesquiterpene. This sesquiterpene is found in many aromatic herbs and plants, including ginger and jasmine, as well as in the essential oil neroli from which it takes its name. The terpene’s fresh, forest scents of rose and citrus are used in cosmetics and household products, and its fresh, earthy taste makes it a common flavoring ingredient.
